According to Naomi Bloom, Joseph Benjamin Bloom had a brother who changed his name to Levine. This could possibly be Samuel Hanokh, though it is by no means certain. Marvin Bloom is aware of the same tradition, but neither he nor Bill Lucker are aware of a particular generation. ^{4 5}
