Miriam Sarah FRENKEL (1853-1921) |
Miriam Sarah FRENKEL 2 3
February 28, 2005: [Miriam] Sarah Salkin and her three sons have been located at the immigration station at Locust Point in Maryland in 1895 under the name "Sawilkow." This is a variation on "Zavalkov," prevalent at Kiev and Odessa. The wedding picnic photo linked on my home page has been updated with the help of Myrian Sara Diamond and a list compiled by her mother. Myrian is the great-granddaughter of Miriam Sarah Salkin and the great-aunt of Jeff Salkin.
Miriam was Jacob's second wife.
